Staff from Coventry, Solihull and Warwickshire Partnership (CWSP) have a close working relationship with the school and also with Next Step Careers. By working together the best possible careers guidance is provided both to students at the school and also the local community. Coundon Court was awarded the "Investors in Careers" award again in 2011.

Careers Adviser Support:
- Working with the school to develop effective Careers Education.
- Help to Access Careers information and make use of computer aided guidance tools.
- 1 to 1 help in discussing and planning for future careers and options
- Help in applying to the most appropriate options
- Support in finding employment and training options are available both locally and nationally.
All Year 11 students will have a one-to-one guidance interview during the school year.
We can also offer careers advice to adults by appointment.
