Complaints Procedure

The school will work very hard to support all of its young people and their families. However, we are not perfect and sometimes make mistakes. If you have a complaint about the school, or a member of the school, you should contact the Headteacher in the first instance. It is helpful if you make your complaint in writing. The Headteacher will discuss your complaint with you and agree with you how it will be dealt with.

If your complaint is about the Headteacher, or if you are not satisfied with the way the Headteacher deals with your complaint, you should write to the Chair of Governors, care of the school, and he will address your complaint on behalf of the Governing Body.
